Footwear

What type of footwear do you guys wear at the gym and why?

Do you use the Chuck Taylor Converse cheap option? some whiz-bang cross trainer? Specialist lifting shoes? Or a shoe that is all smoke and mirrors like the Nike Free 5.0?

I used to lift barefoot when I lived in a house and could have equipment at home. That's taboo at a gym though I think. I miss those days.

I wear skateboard shoes to the gym. They are my everyday shoes. If I go jogging outside, then I wear jogging shoes.

No footwear.

I must say I'm jealous of CowPimp and his choice though...
