    Barbell Incline Press max

I am taking a few months off heavy Flat bench....due to extreme cramping...
Going to set some incline goals and want to know what is a good lift for this exercise. I did 315 on my fifth set for 2 reps, will try a 335 max in a few days.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Hell yeah that's good. I got 225 with a CG incline press when I was doing Westside a while ago. I probably could've got 235-245 with a wider grip, but nowhere near those numbers.

I did 315x3 and maybe could have had a 4th, that was a long time ago though. Very steep incline at my gym.

Back in the day that I did a 500 lb bench I also did a 405 lb incline. I would say that these days I might only get 365 or so being that I don't train quite as heavy as I once did (just as intense, but not as heavy).

Back in the day I could do 585lbs for 1 solid strict rep. However, I do not think I could do that sort of weight anymore.

Most I ever did was 225 for 3 reps...no spot no hand off.

I think I'll start with inclines instead of flat.

I don't think I've ever tried to max out on incline......? nope never have.

315 X 6 but I usually don't go any heavier cause it bothers my shoulder.
