hi...back from 3months off!

Hi everyone,

Well what can i say, got an injury layed off the training and still in pain. Since then my weights have gone down so much gonna take me ages to get back up to my old weights.

I got a pain in my groin area which apparently was an infection/ligament damage from low squatting. And after anti biotics and a complete lay off it is still causing me pain.

Glad to be back and hope to compete in a few powerlifting competitions (uk) in the new year depending on my progress.

Bench - 209IBS x 1
Squat - 330IBS (253IBS x 3 reps below parrallel)
Deadlift - 363IBS x 3 reps

...at 148 IBS bodyweight

................and getting stronger

Welcome back. I'm sure you'll get back to previous strength levels in no time. It should come back quicker than you think.

Also, this is totally unrelated, but it's LBS, not IBS. Heh.

Apparently it wasn't. Like Foreman said, get another opinion.

I never noticed i put IBS thanks for that. lol.

Yea il have to make another appointment in the new year as they r booked up at the moment. Il tell them to send me for an x ray to see what it is. I thought it may be a hernia and now im worried that they missed that and it might still be a hernia.
