Less reps higher load, I was in a hurry, had to hit the gym.

Hard to really answer that since it's completely different every four weeks. Right now I'm in the third week of an accumulation phase and am increasing volume every week until next week where I'll drop it in half and unload. This is also the first time in a very long time I've followed a traditional bodypart split (a la bodybuilding stuff). More often than not I do an upper/lower split so that I can hit everything (except arms, which I rarely train) twice a week using different loading parameters.

That really doesn't answer your question at all does it?

Maybe I'll start a training log. We'll see.
