    Arrow ~critiqe workout~

    ok i have been doing the same workout fo awhile and was going to change things up ..hows this look?

    monday~chest
    incline press 4x6-8
    incline chest fly's 3x8-10
    db pullovers 3x6-8
    ~cardio~

    Tuesday~back
    deadlifts 4x4-5
    bentover rows 3x6-8
    one arm rows 3x8-10
    lat pulldowns 3x6-8
    ~cardio~

    wednesday~off

    Thursday~ arms~super setting bicep&triceps
    shoulders~military press 3x6-8
    clean&press 3x6-8
    lateral raises 3x8

    Biceps~bb curls 3x8-10
    incline db curls 2x8-10
    concentration curls 2x8

    Triceps~dips(weighted) 3x8
    cg benchpress 3x8
    skullcrushers 2x6-8

    frorearms~olympic wrist curls 2x6-8
    rev.curls 2x6-8
    wristcurls 2x6-8
    ~cardio~

    Friday~legs
    squats 3x5-6
    hack squats 3x6-8
    legpress 3x6-8
    leg ext 3x5-6
    calf raises 3x10

    i like how in some ppls goals they list that they want to grow "x" amount of inches....and this guy only has a few weeks to do it in...is there a pill for that?

    On chest day I would add another compound movement, possibly at the expense of some isolation stuff.

    I say you have too much arm work, and forearm work is not really necessary. If you are going to train your forearms, train your grip. Skip the clean and press. I have a funny feeling you're doing them horribly.

    Do leg curls instead of extensions on leg day. You already have deadlifts on back day, but you need more stuff for the hamstrings.

    What the Hell are olympic wrist curls? Haha.
