Take your time with it and soon enough you'll triple your squats in no time.

When I first started seriously lifting at the age of 20 I was a bit hesitant to squat because of my bad knees, I used to get water in them all the time.

I started out with only 95 pounds at the body weight of 165. I was scared to do them but as I started to get comfortable with them after a while I started adding 5 pounds on each side each week then I added 10 on each side.

I did this until I was able to do three 45 pound plates on each side which is 315. I accomplished this personal feat in 3 months which to me was good.
It was pretty cool because a lot of the older peeps were happy I did this.

But like a fool I stopped shortly after that and never went beyond that.

Mind you my best friend who had knowledge was training me so I was pretty lucky in that I learned how to use good form.

Yes but Kefe's Gayness creates a predisposition for him to
keep his ass high (not low) as he is a catcher

Maybe if he changes to a power bottom?

His gayness should help him with the deep squat. KEFE, just pretend you are sitting down on a cucumber buddy!
