    ok its me again just a quick Q.

    i would appreciate it if someone could give me a split so i can work each muscle 2x a week instead of 1

    upper,lower i've done that b4 ang got good results but i was kinda looking towards something else

    Dude, CowPimp has made many posts and threads about full body and split routines complete with templates that include exercises, sets and reps. Do a search and see what you can't find.
