    i just got a new bench and cage and i just maxed out on it at 205lbs fuck yeah..heres a pic of it

    Looks a lot like the one I own. Is the lat pull smooth? Mine really isn't. Part of the reason I go to the gym...

    yes just got it tonight and i oiled or greased it and its pretty smooth

    i have been really focusing on bench,deads,squats,and all compound movement and been training with reps of 3-5 on all..in the last 7months my bench has went up 60lbs..not that much but its still progress just gotta be patience

    Unfortunately, yes. I've never really enjoyed benching and the only chest work I have is the DB bench. I'm considering dropping even that because it's not a weightlifting-related exercise.
