    good job bro. but being the strongest 12 year old. far from it. most 7th graders can bench that. i knew kids that were 12 or 13 benching 145.12 times. well 2 kids anyway. that was when i was 11.so 7 years ago. but good thats alot of sets and reps. max ut and see what u can really do bro.

    good job brother . hit me up with a private message if you ever got a question. plus at 12 you do not need shakes. wai ttill 14. make sure you are taking a multi. et right. train, rest and hydrate. lay away from creatine til you are around 15-16.
