I order to target the lower quads, here's a few tricks...
-do hack squats with your feet not too high on the platform
-do leg presses like this...bring the weight all the way down, then only half way back up...then bring it back down, then all the way back up
-to target the teardrop...vastus medialis...do squats, leg presses, and hacks with your toes turned out and feet somewhat wide
-also for the teardrop...accentuate the TOP half of the lift, not the bottom half...also, turn your toes out in the contracted position
-you can also try traditional SISSY SQUATS
