    Synergy NYC

    Does any one have any knowledge of Synergy Gym/Sports Clubs in the NYC/CT/NJ area? Opinions? Thoughts?

    2 of them. When i travel there is one in Sayreville, NJ by where I work. AND the other is in the 86th street area of NYC. Shockingly enought they dont have pics of those places on their website. But they are both really easy for me to get to.

    86th on the westside? If so my buddy works out at that one and says that it is nice (but I have never been there).

    there is one near 86th on the eastside also that is a real shit box.
