The kitchen by far. I lift for about 1 hour give or take a few minutes 3 times per week. This doesn't include my dynamic warmups, stretching, or cardio circuits. However, I eat like 6 solid food meals and 2 shakes at the bare minimum, daily. Often times on the weekend or a really long day (Up at 7AM, sleep at 2AM) I get up to 9 solid food meals in a day.
