I do, always. At least for lifting. For my cardio circuits I kind of play it by ear, although I have my journal to refer to on IM if need be.

I use to, but when I use logs I tend to do the same routine over and over (so I can see my progression) instead of spliting it up.
also, how in the world do I start a poll?
I use a log in order to not do the same routine, and to be able to track my gains better since my memory is shrinking daily.
