    I do, always. At least for lifting. For my cardio circuits I kind of play it by ear, although I have my journal to refer to on IM if need be.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    I do 95% of the time as of late. Also did it the first 4 years I trained...still have them .

    I use to, but when I use logs I tend to do the same routine over and over (so I can see my progression) instead of spliting it up.

    I use a log in order to not do the same routine, and to be able to track my gains better since my memory is shrinking daily.

    i use logs..i go to bb.com and look up printable logs and i make a log..u can make ur own its awesome.well thats what i do...............i'M BACK
