    A Challenge

I challenge anyone in this Forum to Bench 600lbs, raw, starting from bottom position. I am able to press 690lbs this way.

starting from bottom meaning you have someone lower the weight down and then you have to push it up? I can do about 135 that way, so i'm getting close.

That's where you bench press in a power cage. Adjust the pins so that the bar starts from the bottom position. That way you can't take advantage of the stretch shortening cycle.
