    P/RR/S Question

I'm about to begin the Power/Rep Range/Shock program and will have more than a few questions. Right now I only have time for one so here goes:

Is there anything overtly wrong with doing a five-day split of simply--
    Chest
    Arms
    off
    Legs
    off
    Back
    Delts?????????????

Basically, do I /have/ to combine muscle-groups or can I just go at it like it's written up in the article??? Thanks guys!

The important part of the program is the whole principle behind it - P/RR/S. Fit it to your needs, but maintain the periodization and that's the benefit you'll get.

Actually I don't recall exchanging a PM with you while I've been here. I don't know much about the program, but I know enough to say that the periodization is the important part.

No, the PM part was for the original poster.

However, the important part goes far beyond just that there is periodization involved.
