    Question Dropset??

    Hey guys, can someone clear up the dropset. it is used in the superset workout.
    for instance:
    - Stiff arm pulldown/reverse grip bent row...1-2 x 8-10 each
    - CG seated pully row dropset...1 x 6-8, drop, 6-8, drop, 6-8

    what does DROPSET mean????

    Means you drop the weight and go back to work with no rest...

    Just like supersetting but instead of different exercises no rest, ur doing same exercise, lower weight, no rest...
