    arm pain

hey iv searched the internet and such but i couldent seem to find anything..

i mean i know some people will say go to the docotor but i hate doctors.. but anyways

well i recently started training agaiin for the up coming football season and i guess i kinda over did my upper body cause i cant bend my arm past 90 degrees unless i use heat and pressure to bend it farther, so i was wondering if anything like this has ever occured to you or you may have herd of what this is? or think you know, or know... oh and the pain is like above my elbow on the back of my arm ( fyi )

see a doctor. and stop lifting. Is the elbow swollen at all? does it hurt? the problem sounds serious to me.

i would let it chill. maybe lightly bend it. soak it in hot and cold water. go to the doc. i mean mine was tore for 2 weeks before i went to the doc. i hate em 2. just go it is for the best. and see whats up. do not cause more injury.
