    It takes time to get into a groove, I started when I was 11 years old so I know that at that age it was tough to make it regular for more than a few months at a time. I would get discouraged, or lazy, and say "I'll just do it tomorow." If you are scheduled for today, tomorow never comes (unless you are injured).

    Maybe you are doing too much work and that is discouraging you and you feel like taking a break? I at present only to go the gym two days a week, fairly low volume, and it works fine for me right now.

    I CANT FIND ONE DAMN BENCH FOR UNDER 50 BUCKS! Just one bench like with nothing on it my dad has a pair of saw horses. Now I just need a fuckin bench.

    Look in the classifieds and at garage sales if you live in an area that would have them. You never know what you'll find.

    Where can I find one that will decline and is able to move up and down for a cheap price?? Under 50 bucks.

    Nope nothing on our local trader. All they hadwas useless crap like Training Bikes.. Got anymore Ideas?

    Don't worry about it. It's rare to find someone with the same sized arms exactly. Train both arms exactly the same. Use dumbbells and train your smaller arm first; then, match the reps and weight with your larger arm. As long as you train both exactly the same, it'll come as close to evening out as possible.

    Oh yeah, don't pay attention to MyK.
