I think 15% is a good place to stop bulking as a general rule of thumb.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

I'm not sure of the numbers, I just judge by when I start to get a belly. Most of my fat goes there, so it's pretty obvious when I need to start to cut. I'd estimate it to be close to 15% though.

If you feel like a fatass, time to lose some weight. If you feel like a skinny little bitch, time to eat more.

I usually stop between 15-18%. that was when i just used to bulk and eat everyhting. now i tone it down a bit, bulk longer with better food choices. cut when i am ready to stop gaining.i usually bulk for 8-9months, then cut. i really do not maintain. never have. i like to see things progress at al times. which now i am in a rut caused by a plateau, but i have learned it happens to everyone and i will have to suck it up, and kick more as in the gym and it will happen.
These are my dreams, which I must make reality!
