    Unhappy Strength Loss And Muscle Soreness

    Hi Guys I Have Just Started Using Weights Two Days Ago And I Feel Like Have Lost Strength In My Tricep Region And My Triceps Are Very Sore Is This Normal Or Should I Go And See Someone About It

    You lost the strength becuase you are recovering. How do you know you lost it if you just started trining? I hope you were not training body parts two days in a row, that's a no no..

    normal, you have put a stress on your muscles that they are not used to, don't train them again until the soreness is gone.
