Why is it , that my upper body muscles fail before the pain, but my leg muscles feel the pain and yet I can keep on doing more reps.(assuming I can stand the pain....)
Upper body exercises likethe
EZ bar bicep curl,
Incline Barbell Bench press or '
Barbell press in front of the neck', I reach the last last possible rep and can no longer raise the bar......but there is no pain.
With my legs, on say the;
leg extension,curl or
calf raise, it can start to hurt really badly, but one can continue to push out the reps..... (The only factor in my leg exercises is how masochistic one is.....

)
The "odd one out here" is the
squat, my thighs start to hurt yet could do more, but my lower back gives (fails), and I have to stop.
Maybe my squat is lacking in form, I don't know........
