its not lbm its water weight. when you are carb delpleted like he was you can gain a load of weight in a small space of time.

I doubt that 24 pounds is all inside his muscle tissue. It is not unheard of however for such numbers to be gained from a competitor even inside of one day after a competition from simply eating food they missed out on getting ready for the comp.

I have a friend that did a show and he gained like 30 lbs in a day...his body was so dehydrated that he blew up like a balloon....went from razor sharp to bloated in a day.
BTW this was post show...the day after.
