    Pudzianowski training.

What an animal this guy is. If anyone knows Polish, there is a little part in the middle were he speaks while he is stretching out (right before he tears it up on the jump rope). I would be curious as to what he is saying.

    He said, "BigDyl is gay."

That guy is insanely flexible for his size,
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

he used to do martial arts before he was a strongman and someone said that it is still part of his training. Jesse Marunde said that in contest he will load all four stones in record breaking time and then just do a back flip like nothing!

He talks a little about warming up being very important. He explained how he starts his workout with light weight then as you can see he goes pretty heavy.

What I find interesting is that he wears a belt on the heavy lifts while some here are against it.

I don't think anyone is against it for max lifts.

Also, he has to get used to using the belt since he has to wear one in competition for some of the events.

I don't blame the guy. He was squatting what, like 700-800 pounds there?

don't know. There are a lot of bumper plates there and some aren't color shaded so they could be anything from 10kg-20.

    Cool

I seen him last week on ESPN - MET-Rx World's Strongest Man Competition (2005).

His feats of strength were impressive to say the least. It's no wonder he has three titles.

I think that the dudes that do what they do, are doing something right. YOU try to move a loaded dump truck, or a train car in 110 deg heat, or run aroung with a car on your back. They deserve a good dose of respect for what they have acheived, and as for those who bad mouth them, well, like the sign sez bubba;'' put up, or shut up...''
