    Jumping Rope?

My team just got our jump ropes in last week. They're really nice. As a team we jump rope on saturdays after we squat. Would doing 15 minutes another 3 times a week be to much? I've done it this week and it feels fine.

jumping rope after you squat will be tough, but jumping rope altogether is a good way to keep your heart rate up.

You can do it 3-5 times a week no problem.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Jump roping is an awesome form of cardio in my opinion.

Yea I've been getting better fast. Hopefully in no time soon I'll be able to do 360s and all that good stuff. I jumped after my last squat workout and only lasted 10 minutes.

Your football team does double dutch on the weekends? With the little colorful beaded jumpropes from elementary school that sting like a bitch when it smacks any bare skin?

J/P we used to have to run around the track while skipping rope and do plyometrics, good coordination builder.

    Min0 you gotta sing:
    Cinderella dressed in yella,
Went downstairs to kiss a fella,
Made a mistake and kissed a snake.
How many doctors did it take
    1, 2, 3, . . . .

    or
Ink-a, ink, a bottle of ink,
The cork fell off and you stink.
Not because you're dirty, not because you're clean,
Just because you kiss the girls behind the magazine!
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
