I'v Been on a Target Heart Rate routine for about 2 months and i'm so bored with it. From what i read about HIIT u can lose more fat at about half the time. I just dont know how to begin. Should i be doing HIIT after lifting? Or should it be done on its own day? Any experts out there wanna help me give me a good HIIT routine? I normally lift Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday.
