    Out for a week

Went on Vacation, to california. I ate pretty good, I know I set myself back a bit, but it was worth it for sure....

Question I'm asking, because I havent worked out for a week, whats the best routine I could set for myself?

Just lookin for some ideas, I usually workout, rest, workout, rest, workout, rest, and so on... thinkin somethin like chest, rest, back/biceps, rest, shoulders/triceps, rest, legs, rest, chest...

    What do you guys think?

Any info would be cool, thanks

Time off can definitely be a good thing. I just took a planned week off and I know it was the best thing I could've done.

You should pretty much be able to jump right back to the routine you were doing, maybe at a slightly lower volume and/or intensity.

I find that when I take a week off that I usually come back stronger.
