    reps for mass

    what is the optimum reps for building size? Also how many sets would be best 3 or 4 per excersise ? Thanks!

    6-12 is what most people say.......I stick with 8-10 most of the time...but it's best to mix it up.

    Yeah, it's best to sytematically alternate among intensities, also referred to as periodization. Generally, between 65-85% of your 1RM is most effective for hypertrophy.

    Check it.
