    Now where do you train?
I'm a "homer" myself, and I will never go back to a gym again.

At the School where I coach and teach. We just built a new school and with that came a nice weight room. It is going to be in the Hammer strength broucher for 2006. 8 power stations, 5 power platforms, and a shit load of hammer machines. Dumbells up to 130 lbs. All of the plates are rubber coacted as are the dumbells, we also have a full set of bumper plates at each platform.
