    Question Indirect Pump?

    So yesterday I did Legs. Shortly after I slamed a post WO shake with creatine, whey, and HI GI carbs. An hour later I sat down to do taxes and my upper body got a slight pump to it. What's up with that? metabolism?,creatine, HI GI carbs post WO?

    It's just never happened before. I took a week off and did some snow skiing. This was the first LBWO since then. Perhaps I broke through some barrier?.... I keep waiting for a voice that says "Welcome to the next level!" when I wake up. Like on DOOM (i think).
