    Pull-throughs

Does anybody know of a good substitute exercise for Pull-Throughs? I'm doing a program that calls for me to do them, but I don't like them. The routine calls for bent-leg pull-throughs on the pulley machine, not straight leg ones. Thanks.

Seated good mornings, reverse hyperextensions, hyperextensions...

Just do pull-throughs though. Really. They're not that bad. Yeah, the cable touches your crotch, but if you hold it right it's not invasively so. It's a really good movement that I just got into recently.

I get weird and offensive looks all the time but fuck them. It's making me better.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

I like doing them with med balls for endurance, amazing how much those fucking things can hurt.

Nah, but that is a good idea. I do them about 2 feet in front of a wall so the ball won't roll back too far.

Is it that posture routine you were telling me about?

Nah, for squanto. He's a friend of mine. He told me he was thinking about doing some routine he stumbled across on T-Nation that is supposed to help with kyphosis and such.

I don't straighten mine fully either. I leave a slight break in my knees, but don't change the angle of flexion throughout.

I think he may be doing it as part of a hamstring routine (or perhaps entire leg routine) from T-Nation.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Could be, but like I said squanto is a friend of mine, and I'm basing my guess on something he told me when we were chillin'.
