Need some help making a training routine

I started lifitng again about 4 weeks ago so far I gained 10 pounds but I don't know if I'm going overboard. My goal is to bulk up to 180 and see if thats as much as I'm going to bulk up.Here is my current workout

    Benchpress 10 reps 3 sets

Legs using soemthign lieka leg press but you lay bakc in it 10 reps 3sets

Calves machine 10 reps 3 sets

Traps using trap machine 10 reps 3 sets

Abs using ab machine 10 reps 3 sets

Back using machine 10 reps 3 sets

Chest press using machine until failure

Shoulders with machine 10 reps 3 sets

    Forearm 15 reps 3 sets

I do this almost every other day except when I'm sore.I go till either failure or close to failure.I know I should be using diffrent rep ranges but I don't know how many. The reason I don't do biceps is becasue I am trying to get my arms proportioned my biceps are bigger than my triceps.

    Thanks
