    Answers from above??

    Hi all!

I have been working out now for about 9 months I have gained some alright results but I think I could be ahead of my current state with some PROPER direction.

I am 30 years old and weigh 165lbs the heaviest I have ever been.....I think from creating muscle. I have just in the last month started taking a multi vitamin and using Muscle Milk.

Now my question is this I have a slight belly I want to loose not much really but......I do no cardio in fear that I wil loose the muscle I have gained. I have always been a small guy and figured to try and bulk up and then burn away the fat after builing some mass.

Is this the right way about going about things or should I loose the extra fat and get a little tighter first and then bulk up.

Im not looking to be massive but a little larger and well toned out.

    Any help would be great.

You could probably improve your diet and do a slow recomposition. That may be possible depending on your genetics and experience. I've been doing that very slowly for the past six or seven months. Just take a look into the diet and nutrition section. Chances are you'll be able to gain mass faster, lose weight faster or both if your diet is immaculate.

Yup, head over to the diet section. I would alter your diet before adding in cardio. Not that you shouldn't do cardio; I think you should. If you are reasonable about it then it will not noticeably impact muscle gain.
