They serve more of a purpose than complaining about other members. Yeah, things get repeated. Why? People ask the same questions over and over. Maybe someone else is more knowledgeable, but good luck finding something at which you're #1. Someone will always be better than you in some way in everything. Even if it's said 'better' somewhere else, it doesn't mean you can't still convey the basic meaning of it to others. I actually weigh 235lbs now lol. I know at my weight its not that much to brag about, but it has been a goal of mine for some time now. I also hit 315 on bench doing a pyramid workout, so now I'm really pumped and look forward to setting new goals.
