I'm almost 19, I never played any sports in highschool, which i regret now, because i left highschool very weak. I weigh about 145-150(Quickly gaining haha) my max(pathetically) is about 160, but i started lifting weighing around 125lbs and only being able to bench 90lbs. I don't squat much anymore, although i'll be getting into it soon. Around 6 months ago i repped somewhere around 180-190. How long you been liftin bro?Originally Posted by Dannybito24
