    well, i can do 165 for 3 reps on a strict standing military press. i think i can do more if i didnt do a clean, then press it, clean then press it, etc etc., obviously the power clean tires you out.

    i weight 192 or so.

    I'm damned close. It's possible, but at most I should be 5-10 pounds short of it.

    I'm about 10 pounds away from being able to jerk my BW. Obviously different, but the weight still gets overhead.

    at 175lbs I can press my Body weight overhead for several reps.

    I have, right before Xmas was the last time I could do it, plan on being able to do it agiain in about a month.

    I can do about 160, which leaves me about 40 pounds short of that.

    I need to work on it.

    I wish i could... Shoulders are my weakest point, and i think that my shoulder and traps are limiting my gains on other parts of my body. kudos to those of you who can!
