shoulders...help

    Question shoulders...help

    ok i do each muscle 1x a week and my shoulders never get sore or anything i feel like i don't work them hard enough..heres what i do

    military press 4x6-8
    lateral raises 3x8-10

    only 7sets...should i do more or change the exercises?

    i know it isn't a sign of a good workout but i like feelin a lil sore or something

    Try doing just military presses with less volume and more intensity. See if you can't progress for at least a few weeks in this manner.

    I never get sore from my workouts. I don't see why people would rather be unable to perform to their full capabilities between workouts...

    so more weight less reps? and more sets?

    Try using some different movements and different set/rep parameters. Of course, this is if your goal is to get sore. If your goal is to get stronger or bigger, then just make sure you're accomplishing those goals and don't worry about getting sore.

    yall bebops gotta do sum drop sets on the military presses than hit up a military press machine at end of ure qworkout and do sum burnouts than ull be rocksteadying this bitch in no time
