    can u use a lat-pulldown thing to do ....

    can u use a lat-pulldown to do a cable crossover? like i have a thing that has a handle on it and i can hook it up on the lat-pulldown and well anyway could i? it would have to be a 1arm crossover

    I would assume you could. You would probably have to hold onto to someone with the other arm. Still, I think it would be pretty awkward. Try it out.

    I'm assuming that he doesn't he doesnt have the right kind of equipment to do what he is talking about.
