Decline DB and BB seem to work well for me. Maybe you could try that. I've never done flys, though.

Do pressing movements with some type of cable setup that will not only pull down, but to the sides as well. That will involve your chest more period.

incorporating decline BP in your program is a great addition but i wouldn't change your entire chest day to decline movements.

get on some high pulleys and push the cables down and infront of you. another great chest exercise is getting on low pulleys and bringing your hands with in an inch of each other infront of your belly button (arms extended) and then bringing both of your hands eye level - all one movement. i dont know if that makes sense.

Like sticking a bench between two low pulleys and doing bench presses with those. Using a freemotion chest press. Even the hammer strength chest press is pretty good. The idea is you want the movement to be forward and in, utilizing shoulder flexion and horizontal adduction to the fullest, and the line of resistance to be backward and out.

You might also try decline dumbell pullovers. I dont have access to cables right now and they seem to do the job for me. However, I favor dumbells so somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
