    Question???

    I've read in a couple of places on the net that squat produces the most natural test than any other lift. Is this true? And if so how could you tell, I do squat religiously and I don't notice that much of a difference in anything that has to do with test i e....aggression, sex drive.

    I don't believe it's necessarily testosterone, but rather growth hormones that trigger the increased rate of growth in muscles. It is true as far as I know, but now I'm curious as to whether something like the C&J would produce more since it involves even more major musculature. Besides, it probably isn't enough of a difference to actually notice without having comparable data before and after you started squatting. I'm not sure about this though.

    juicers have supraphysiological levels of test in their blood. by that very definition it is impossible to reach that level of test naturally so you will not experience aggressiveness etc

    however i do notice increased sex drive in the form of more spontaneous erections when i work my lower body, don't know if that is just psychosomatic or what but it definitely happens.

    Generally working larger amounts of muscle mass (Compound movements), using higher volume, and using a high density (Short rest intervals) affect hormone levels the most.

    Testosterone levels get a surge during and after your workout. Through chronic training, there is some evidence to suggest that serum testosterone levels in your blood are positively affected, although it is less cut and dry than the workout surge.

    GH levels seem to be less affected by training. Most all GH activity above basline levels occurs during sleep, which is one of the reasons getting enough quality sleep is important. However, there is some response to training bouts, but there is only speculation as to whether or not this has a dramatic effect on hypertrophy in the long run.

    It is relative and you need something for comparison to really be sure. However, if you aren't reaping the benefits for some reason, then perhaps you aren't using the proper set and rep parameters to elicit an optimal hormonal response?
