    Help if u plz

    Wat are the best exercises for adding mass to our chest, shoulders and tris?

    For chest, I like dumbell flies. Shoulders I'm not too sure, but for tri's I do either lying dumbell or lying barbell extentions. Check out www.shapefit.com

    Bench press variations, overhead press variations, and dips.

    I like everything but for me i feal a great work when i do dumbell bench and dumbell flye, heavy. with a incline and FLAT bench afterwards.
    I enjoy 4-6 reps of 3 sets very heavy with good fourm, especially with the flyes.

    What the hell is a skullcrusher? I'v been reading that for probably a year or more and I'v just always thought I'd understand it one day...
