Wow 330, this guy cant weigh over 220 thats a loss of 100 pounds in a few months thats not only not healthy but sadly not relistic. Amuch more relistic goal would be say 25-3o pounds over a time of about 4 months. Iam not being rude but it will be almost impossible to lose over 100 pounds in under 4 months. (ive never seen it done)

    do the follwoing steps

    Steps:
1- make a diet that is healthy, not fat but healthy - dont kill yourslf though, if you starve your body it will hurt more then help
2-try some light activity and slowly bring that activity up more and more

try these two things, remember the diet is not to starve yourself but only to eat correcty healthy- iam not an expert on weight loss but i know these will help.

diet- the diet should include lean meats, complex carbs, and low fat dairy , fruits and those hated vegtable but just remember, moderation is the key
the bottom line is to expel more calories then you take in but not too many ourelse your body will think that you are running out of food and will store nay food that you take in. Drink water instead of pop or beer

exercise- DoNT KILL YOURSELF, start out with babysteps, take a walk then jog. i would also include some beginning weight training though , a simple 3 day a week program might just be the trick. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, the little htings add up.

stomach- at that sort of weight the best thing you can do for your stomach is to do cardiovasclar exercises and keep them healthy, but remember it wont be easy

best of luck to you, please feel free to ask me any more question if you have them

At that bodyweight, the most you can expect to lose in a healthy manner is about 2-3 pounds per week. I remember Dale mentioning that, excluding the first week, 1% of your bodyweight is the most you should be losing each week.

The first thing I would do is clean up your diet.

Next, I would start performing some resistance training 2-3 days per week. I highly recommend full body routines.

Next, I would implement a level of cardio that you could handle another 2-3 days per week. If it is more convenient for you to perform that cardio after you lift, then that's fine. Start out reasonable as said previously. If all you can do is a fairly slow walk for 30 minutes, then fine. Just try to be progressive and do a little more each time. By do more, I don't necessarily mean go longer; going faster or up an incline are also great choices.
