Westside, metal militia, weightlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, conjugate periodization, undulating periodization, linear periodization, pyramiding, reverse pyramiding and about a million other things. What types of goals do you have? What have you already tried?

My opinion is that unless you are in awsome shape it's all bull shit....
Guys who are 5'10 and 200 and can only bench 275 or squat 350 have no need for all this crap.........when you get to the top then you can get very detailed about training.,
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

No reason a fairly experience individual can't give it a try to prevent stagnation or boredom though. As long as the individual possesses some level of base and core strength, I see no reason not to try a more advanced program, even if it isn't necessary. Am I saying Kenwood needs to do all these? No, but he may want to give something a shot.

Read the book Dinosaur Training by Brooks Kubik. It will give you all kinds of good ideas. You could do some strongman training too if you are creative and can invest a little bit.

    id 110% agree.

but sometimes its important to learn about these programs, not necisarily follow them to the T but atleast learn about them, and figure out whats good and whats not.

Using a program doesn't necessarily mean following it, either. You can easily implement several different types of training into one routine that is periodized throughout a macrocycle.
