    Cardio????

    If I lift Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday Afternoon/evening...

    What Mornings should I do Cardio? and why?

    How about Monday, Wednesday and Friday?

    Not sure what your goal is, or how much cardio you want to do, but doing it on days that you do not lift weights is best.

    My goal is to get ripped for the summer... lose about 10lbs of Fat while gaining 3-5lbs of muscle(or at least not losing any) by Memorial Day......
