Use a well-balanced training routine that incorporates exercises that stimulate those muscles. Why does everyone want a large chest and big biceps at the expense of everything else. Everyone you see that has good development in these muscles generally has some level of development in other muscles as well...

do a strict routine of chest and biceps workouts, what ever you do, do not do a full body routine and stay away from leg workouts especially.

for optimal results do curls in the cage!

Yes. It is common knowledge that when you are trying to build huge arms, or a big chest, you hit the squat rack.

Are you trying to do a Kefe?

If you don't workout your entire body you'll like disproportioned and stupid.
I love it when a plan comes together.
