It looks ok, personally, I'd need a day's rest in the middle with baseball and all, if your eating good and getting enough sleep, you'll do fine.

How many days a week do you have practice and/or games? If it's the offseason, then when does the season start?

What position do you play? If you pitch or catch make sure you work the legs good.

Well right now its off season but we practice everyday. i play thirdbase/catch/and pitch and this year as a soph i will be on varsity for a full season.. season starts feb 23.....And i am a little confused on when to take all my supps.. like the protein for sure after i finish working out.. the ce2 it says one in the morning and one in the afternoon should i take that after i train as my second dose. and the no2 stuff one tbl spoon is 3000 mg. when should i take that before or after i train cuz it says one take one a day..My multivitim i will just take it in the morning with breakfeast...the fish oil i dont really konw exactly when to take it..the flaxseed i know to take 3000 mg before bed.I was told the l glutamine not to add more to my protein shakes cuz it fights with the glutamine in the protein powder correct if im wrong..and when should i take the glut.? and the t3 nitro i know to take on an empty stomach about 35-40 min before bed...

Your questions about the supplements belong in the supplement section of the forum.

I would just be careful about your volume with the leg work if they have you doing a lot of sprinting and plyometrics at practice. You might want to look into the Westside for Skinny Bastards program that is geared toward athletes, which can be found on T-Nation.

I suggest you try 1 of the three routines by either Iron Man, P-Funks or Gopro's. I believe all three have a routine posted. You can't go wrong with any of the three.

Anyways back to topic, you have Saturday and Sunday as off days. If you mean off as in, no weight training, that is good, but if it baseball that you are concentrating on, you might won't to throw in some BP and light throwing those days to stay loose. Most guys have the worst problems with there arms not being limber enough. Your workout routne looks about the same as ours did, so to me it looks to be ok. I think most coaches do the same thing. As far as supplements, I never took anything when playing other than fish oil, creatine, multivitiman and protein shakes.
