    P/RR/S Junkie

    I've been doing it for a while now and I now it would probably be beneficial to try some else. Athough on the other hand I really love P/RR/S.....I pretty much was doing it on my own and then figured out it was a routine. I have made slow but steady gains.

    I also feel that P/RR/S is so various that it would be VERY difficult to stall for very long on it.

    P/RR/S was "built" so that you would never have to get off of it. The training protocols are so diverse that you can never fully adapt to it. I have been on it for 5 straight years now, and if it was not still working, I would not be on it.

    That said, I will not be hurt if you decide to try something else

    I would consider manipulating other variables from time to time, and workout outside of the listed parameters sometimes. Frequency is one important variable that isn't manipulated. However, I think it could easily be manipulated for an added tweak to P-RR-S.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
