I say it's 75% lat work such as rows and pull duwns/ups
Then a few sets of curls to finish up.

    In a word, no.

You are hitting your tri's and bi's hard with mon and tues, then hitting them again directly one a day or 2 later.

Yep. I completely agree. After I do my back routine I follow up with 1 - 2 sets of curls, that's all.

In a routine where I'm doing chest/shoulders/tri's on one day and then back/bi's/leg's two days later (and then starting over again two days after that), am I hitting my shoulders and arms too often?

I say a day devoted to arms is a waste, but it's fairly reasonable.
