    should i desinate a day to bi's and tri's

    if i do tri's on the same day as chest, and bi's the same day as back is okay to desinate a seperate day to bi's and tri's.

    you don't really need an "arm day"......your arms will grow eventually with all the push and pull exercices, but it is fine to work bi's and back and tri's and chest on separate days, once a week.Working out bi's and tri's twice a week will only end up in overtraining, remember muscles grow when you rest not overtraining them.I work Chest and tri' on mondays, and Bi's and back on Fridays....leaving a few days in between for them to rest and grow!!!!

    Nope, just hit biceps on back day and triceps on chest day.
