Working just bi's or working back and then bi's?

Many people do it, either with chest/tris then back/bi's or a push / pull routine.

Hit your back heavy with compound exercises (pullups, barbell rows, db rows, etc) and then you will only need to do a very few sets for your biceps afterwards.

I'm doing it right now and seeing great results. I'll switch it up in a week though since working chest/bis, then back/tris is hitting bis and tris two days in a row...one directly and one indirectly. It's a nice change though.
