I feel like i've hit a plateau in some of my excercises.. What's the general way to overcome them..
Change something.
Depends on the exercise. Each one will give you the same general pool of options as in changing sets/reps/intensities, etc and each one will have special variations you can use, such as rack lockouts and auxiliary exercises to improve the lift.
Push yourself. Enjoy yourself. Be yourself.
